I think the first time we would have met David was at a party in 4 Crombie Circle a fair number of years ago. He and I got on very well from the start given he was a Broch Loon and me a Banff Loon! The thing I remember most was his laid back personality and that smile 😄. I honestly don't think that I ever saw David with anything but a big smile on his face. He was a really fine loon and easy to talk to. I always enjoyed seeing him, Val and Finn on their regular trips up North. Whether it was Summer BBQs or drinks at Christmas it was always lovely to see them all. Simone's wedding was a real highlight as the atmosphere and week on Crete were fantastic. David was his usual happy upbeat self during that week. Ashley's wedding was also fabby and was the last time we saw them and had a really good chat with them. We will always think of David as a good friend and we will be thinking of you all over the coming weeks.
