I cannot add much more to the fine words written about David other than to reflect on his schooldays. David always sauntered in 5 minutes late for registration. The normally strict Mrs Ramsay would have torn strips off the rest of us but David's tardiness was accepted by teacher and class alike. We all knew how bad we would feel if we gave the friendliest loon in school a hard time. Come to think of it David was the only friendly boy in Fraserburgh Academy G.
